In order to book a trip or an activity, you need to choose the trip or the activity you want and follow the corresponding registration steps on our website.

Once you finish with the required registration steps, you will receive an email confirming your booking.

In order to secure your spot on a trip or an activity, you need to pay the corresponding booking deposit amount via credit card or invoice.

You can choose your payment method at the end of the registration process for a trip or an activity. You can either pay via card or choose to pay via an invoice. 

Once we will receive your request, process it, create an invoice and send it to you via email. Once you receive the invoice with all the payment information, you can proceed to pay it. Your spot will only be secured when we receive your payment. You can pay your invoice through one of the following alternatives:

• Bankgiro
  This could be a very convenient and fast option within Sweden. Certain shops, such as Forex Bank, accept invoice payments and bank transfers through Bankgiro. Those stablishments are available all over Sweden. You can find the closest one to you through this link: www.kassagirot.se/hitta-butik.
• Swedish bank account:
  If you have a Swedish bank account, this is another easy way to make your payment.
• International bank transfer:
  We also accept international bank transfers made in Swedish crowns (SEK) from a bank within the EU. However, you should take into consideration that an international bank transfer takes longer to process, which means a longer time to secure your spot. Moreover, international bank transfers incur additional expenses such as transfer fees and higher exchange rates.
• International wire transfer alternatives (Wise, Paypal, WorldRemit, OFX):
  If you do not have a Swedish bank account or a bank account in the EU, you could make your payment through peer-to-peer providers of international wire transfers such as Wise, Paypal, WorldRemit or OFX.

Note: payments must always be made in Swedish crowns (SEK)

The refund method will depend on the payment method used:

• If you paid for the trip from a Swedish bank account, the refund will be done via bank transfer
• If you paid for the trip from a bank account outside of Sweden, the refund will be done via money transfer and you will have to bear the cost of the transfer.

Our trips do not include travel insurance.

However, we strongly recommend all passengers to get their own valid travel insurance to cover unexpected issues, such as:

• Cancellations
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Medical assistance

The minimum age for our standard trips is 18 years old.

For tailor made trips, an adult must accompany all individuals under the age of 18.

The minimum age for participation in any activity is 6 years old (weather permitting).

Pregnant women or participants with underlying heart & health conditions cannot join the activity.

For the group's safety, participants in all activities must follow our guide's instructions. If instructions are not followed our guides are entitled to end the tour immediately. Anyone suspected of being impaired by drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to participate in the tour.

In case of unforeseen circumstances that might hinder us from carrying out the activity, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and issue the corresponding refund.

We are not legally liable for any accidents or damages caused by another participant, by our local providers or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

As a participant you take full responsibility for your health during the activity. You have to be ready to spend some time in harsh weather conditions. Please inform us about any pre-existing medical condition,so that we can be prepared in case of an emergency. If we decide before the activity that a participant is not ready for the tour, we can cancel the booking with a 100% refund.

Regarding the snowmobile tours, drivers must bring one of the following driving licenses (car, tractor, scooter, AM class 1, Multi-combination). Drivers must also be at least 16 years old in order to drive their own snowmobile and at least 18 years old in order to carry a passenger. 

All participants must sign a waiver of liability and GDPR policy for photographs before the tour starts. In case of damage caused by the driver during the snowmobile tour, a fee up to 6000 SEK may be charged. 

If you want to drive a snowmobile in the wilderness snowmobile activity, you must carry your driver's license with you.

Passengers are not required to have a license.

If you're late, you may be left behind, and you will have to arrange your own transportation to catch up with the group.

We recommend always being at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the start of any activity.

The booking is made on the terms of these booking conditions and when you make a booking you accept the terms of these booking conditions.

CANCELLATION / CHANGES:

Any cancellation or change request must be sent to us by e-mail to [email protected]

A. If you reserve your spot for the activity but you do not confirm your spot one day prior to arrival, your spot will be cancelled.

B. If your payment is not processed before the start of the activity, you will not be allowed to participate on the activity.

C. A valid driving license (car, tractor, AM class 1, scooter, mc) is required. Drivers must be at least 18 years old to carry a passenger.

D. Please listen to the safety instructions provided by our guides.In case you are found inebrieted under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you will not be allowed to start the tour.For safety, participants must follow the guide’s instructions. Failure to comply may result in the tour being terminated.

INSURANCE:

We recommend all passengers to have a valid travel insurance that covers cancellations, losses or theft of personal belongings, accidents during the activity.

LIABILITY:

The organizer is not responsible in case of force majeure (particular weather conditions like temperature, snow, wind, storm, delays during travelling, blocked roads,). The organizer holds no responsibility for any accidents or damages (injures, deaths etc) if that damage was caused by no fault of the organizer. The organizer cannot accept liability for failure when the improper performance is due to the actions of our guests, someone else not connected with the provision of our services, or unusual/unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. In case of damage caused by the driver, a fee up to SEK 6000 may be charged as a self-risk for the insurance. All guests must sign a waiver of liability before the tour.

HEALTH:

You as the Client are taking full responsibility for your health during the activity. you have to be in good health, which means that he is ready to spend some time in special weather conditions (particularly frost, snow, wind). You as the Client have to inform us about any pre-existing medical condition to better help the Client in case of emergency. If we decide before the activity that Client is not ready for the tour, we can cancel this booking with a 100% refund. 

COMPLAINTS:

We continually strive to give guests the best possible experience during your time with us but in the unlikely event you have a complaint about any part of your tour, please report it to one of our guides at the soonest practicable opportunity so we have an opportunity to rectify the problem.
